Chewy Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter melted
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Butter an 8x8 square baking dish
Melt butt in a large microwave-safe bowl
Add cocoa and stir until smooth
Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla extract
Add flour and stir until combined
Spread batter in the prepared pan.
(Use a spatula to spread it evenly)
Bake for 30 minutes.  Until edges are done and centre is firm but just underdone.  Toothpick will come out with crumbles.

Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
